Meadhall in Cambridge is a true beer hall, with a dual-faced copper sheathed beer tower and copper drain gutter. This box is located on the center island of the bar with a total of 100 faucets, 50 facing each side. The tower can be looked down upon from the 2nd-floor mezzanine. The custom-made keg racks can hold 100 operating barrels with room for spares. Each line is numbered with brass tags for easy barrel locating, all fittings including shanks and sankey’s are stainless steel. The system also has a custom clean in place system with a rolling cart, equipped with quick disconnects for ease of use.
